본 발명은 본 발명은 동종 또는 이종 거부반응을 이용한 항 PD-1 또는 항 PD-L1 항체 선별 방법에 관한 것이다. 실제 암세포와 T 세포간의 PD-1 및 PD-L1의 상호작용을 모사한 모델인 본 발명에 따른 항체 선별 방법에 의하여 저비용으로 항체를 선별할 수 있다.
