본 발명은 나노 구조체에 의해 기판으로부터 이격되어 형성되는 저차원 나노물질층을 포함하는 복합 구조체 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 나노 구조체 상부에 1차원 또는 2차원의 저차원 나노물질을 전사하여 에너지적 및 기계적으로 안정된 이격구조(Suspending structure)의 저차원 나노물질층을 제조할 수 있다.
