본 발명은 간독성 약물 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로, 인간 줄기세포 유래 간세포에 대표적 간독성 약물인 트로글리타존 및 로지글리타존을 처리한 후 상기 간세포가 분비하는 대사체의 변화를 분석하여 데이터 베이스를 구축하였고, 상기 데이터 베이스는 향후 약물의 간독성 예측 연구에 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며 간독성 마커로 사용될 수 있다.
