비접촉식 접합 불량 검출 방법Method for contactless detecting bad bonding
본 발명의 실시 형태는 두 개의 부재가 접합된 접합 부재의 표면에 초음파를 송신 초음파로서 송신하는 초음파 송신 과정; 상기 접합 부재를 통과하여 투과되는 초음파를 수신 초음파로서 수신하는 초음파 수신 과정; 및 상기 수신 초음파가 도달하는 시간이, 접합 부재의 접합 불량이 없는 경우 수신 초음파가 도달하는 시간을 초과하는 경우, 초음파가 조사된 접합 부재의 영역에서 접합 불량이 발생하였음을 알람 출력하는 비접촉식 접합 불량 판정 과정;을 포함할 수 있다.
