본 발명은 연료 전지용 촉매, 이를 포함하는 막-전극 접합체, 상기 막-전극 접합체를 포함하는 연료 전지 및 상기 연료 전지용 촉매의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 연료 전지용 촉매는 백금 입자가 촉매 담체인 질화 티타늄에 담지되어 있으며, 이 백금 입자의 전자 구조가 질화 티타늄과의 상호작용을 통하여 개질됨으로써 전체 촉매의 활성과 내구성이 증가된 특징을 갖는다.
