본 발명에 의하면, 개구부가 형성된 중앙 통로를 제공하는 케이스; 상기 중앙 통로를 통해 화면을 제공하고 상기 케이스에 수용되는 디스플레이; 및 상기 디스플레이를 작동시키고 상기 디스플레이로 화면 데이터를 제공하는 제어 보드를 포함하며, 상기 제어 보드는 외부와 통신하는 통신부를 구비하며, 상기 제어 보드는 상기 통신부를 통해 지역별 날씨 정보를 수집하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가상 창문 장치가 제공된다.
