2차원 다공성 금속산화물 나노시트 가스 감지 물질 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 2차원 다공성 금속산화물 나노시트 가스 감지 물질은 발열 특성을 나타내는 전도성 네트워크가 내장된 플라스틱 기판; 및 상기 플라스틱 기판의 상단에 형성된 2차원 판상 구조의 금속산화물 나노시트를 포함하고, 상기 금속산화물 나노시트는 광소결 공정에 의해 형성된 다수의 나노기공을 포함할 수 있다.
