오브젝트 탐닉행동을 활용한 동물행동 조절 방법Method for controlling behavior of animals using object seeking behavior
본 발명은 빛에 의해 그 행동이 조절 가능한 동물 및 그의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 내측 시삭전야(medial preoptic area, MPA) 특이적으로 채널로돕신 유전자가 형질도입되어, 상기 내측 시삭전야 또는 복측 중뇌수도주변회백질(ventral periaqueductal gray, vPAG)에 광조사시 상기 내측 시삭전야 또는 상기 복측 중뇌수도주변회백질 내의 신경을 활성화시킬 수 있는, 형질전환 비인간 포유동물 및 그를 포함하는 행동조절이 가능한 비인간 포유동물에 관한 것이다.
