나노 다공성 멤브레인 및 그 제작 방법Nano Porous Membrane and manufacturing thereo
본 발명은 반도체 공정에서 이용하는 증착 기술을 이용하여 원주상 구조를 가지는 나노 다공성 멤브레인을 제작하고, 그 제작된 나노 다공성 멤브레인의 하면을 식각하거나 시드층 및 나노 비드층을 이용하여 나노 구멍의 크기를 조절함으로써, 원주상 구조를 가지는 나노 다공성 멤브레인을 제작할 때 공정 온도를 낮추고 대면화할 수 있으며 용이하게 나노 구멍 크기를 조절할 수 있다.
