The analysis of omniphobic surfaces with various parameters have been required in surface wettability research area. Moreover, stability on dynamic droplet impact should be guaranteed for practical applications. In this project, our system was inspired by the springtail in nature that has intrinsic omniphobicity and impact resistance. The surface of it is composed of both microscale grooves and mushroom-like nanostructure. We realized microstructures as wrinkled surface and nanostructures by lithographic control. By system mimicry, we got static behaviors analysis in dual-scale system. In our final model, we got superomniphobic level with ethanol. Also, it showed great stability on drop impact with various test liquids (water, ethylene glycol and ethanol). We believe that the new engineering model inspired by spiringtail may play a key role in practical uses of omniphobic surface.
