Inclusion have gradually become the topic of interest for researchers with the ever increasing workforce diversity. Regarded as the answer to diversity, inclusion has a potential to moderate harmonious working condition for diverse work group, maximizing the benefit of diversity from an increased pool of knowledge. This research was done to demonstrate any impact perceived inclusion may have on continuance intention for a crowdsourcing participant. An online survey was conducted to gather insight from 331 crowdsourcing participants on Amazon Mechanical Turk to empirically test the hypothesis via PLS structural modelling. Result indicated that perceived inclusion has a significant impact on continuance intention through the satisfaction of basic psychological needs in self-determination theory. This study offers several theoretical and practical implications which are interpreted from the results.
