As a response to growing environmental concern, car sharing service paved a new pathway to sustainable automobile ownership. This paper investigates potential factors that lead customers to use car-sharing service continuously based on the extended expectation confirmation model. Results verify environmental contribution to be the strongest predictor of satisfaction, but it has no direct effect on the intention of continuous use in car sharing service. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness and perceived behavioral control were recognized to have significant effect on users’ continuance intention. Explanations for differences between satisfaction and continuance intention antecedents are incorporated in the discussion.
