본 발명은 6축 위치 결정 기구에 관한 것으로, 수직선형구동기와 수평선형구동기를 다각의 꼭지점에 대칭적으로 배치하여 열적 안정성을 얻어 위치결정을 정밀하게 제어하며, 상기 수직선형구동기는 작동간격을 갖고 가동축의 둘레에 영구자석과 전류 공급을 받는 코일을 배치하고, 가동축이 작동 간격에 형성되는 자속밀도 차에 의해 구동되고, 상기 수평선형구동기는 대향되게 수평 배치된 한쌍의 영구자석의 사이에 배치된 코일에 전류를 인가하여 발생된 척력을 이용한다.6축, 위치결정, 수직선형구동기, 수평선형구동기, 영구자석, 코일, 공기베어링
