본 발명의 메모리 장치는 제1데이터의 일부를 제2데이터로 옮겨 제1동기화 데이터 및 제2동기화 데이터를 출력하는 부호길이 동기화기; 상기 제1동기화 데이터 및 제2동기화 데이터를 제1오류 정정 부호 및 제2오류 정정 부호로 인코딩하여 제1인코딩 데이터 및 제2인코딩 데이터를 출력하는 인코더; 및 상기 제1인코딩 데이터 및 상기 제2인코딩 데이터를 제1비트 및 제2비트로 저장하는 멀티레벨 셀 메모리를 포함한다.
