본 발명은 폴리에틸렌글리콜이 그라프트된 하기 구조식 1의 지방족폴리에스테르 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기에서, X는 지방족 에스테르 반복단위; R은 수소 또는 C1∼C5인 알킬기; Z는 개시제 또는 연쇄이동제 부위; m/l은 0.1∼50, n은 2∼50의 양수, x는 양수로서 사용자의 필요에 따라 정해지며, y는 1∼200의 양수이다.
