파장 가변 광원 구현 방법 및 장치와 이 광원을 이용한 파장분할 다중방식 광전송 장치Wavelength-tunable light source and wavelength-division multiplexed transmission system with the sources
본 발명은 출력 파장을 가변할 수 있는 파장 가변 광원과 이 광원을 이용한 파장분할 다중방식 광전송장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 파장 가변 광원 구현 방법은 페브리-페롯 레이저 다이오드에 광을 외부에서 주입하여, 상기 페브리-페롯 레이저 다이오드의 출력 파장을 주입되는 광과 일치하도록 하고, 주입되는 광의 파장을 가변함으로써 상기 페브리-페롯 레이저 다이오드로의 출력 파장을 가변하는 파장 가변 광원을 구현함에 있어서, 상기 페브리-페롯 레이저 다이오드의 온도를 제어하여 잡음특성을 개선함을 특징으로 한다.
