| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 차동증폭장치와 이의 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 모델 생성 방법에 관한 것으로써 증폭장치가 열에 의해 성능 저하가 발생되거나 파괴되는 열효과 현상을 방지하면서도 다른 성능은 개선 또는 유지시킬 수 있도록 단위 트랜지스터의 차동구조에 밸러스트 저항을 사용하여 열적으로 안정되면서 동시에 고이득, 고효율, 고선형성, 광대역폭 특성을 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 차동 모드에서 이미터의 기생(Parasitic) 저항이나 비아(Via)나 본딩 와이어(Bonding Wire) 등이 증폭장치에 미치는 영향도 줄어들어 설계가 용이해지며, 전체 크기가 작고 주파수 대역폭은 넓어지는 이점이 있다. | - |
