3차원 영상화 펄스 레이저 레이더 시스템 및 이 시스템에서의 자동 촛점 방법The three-dimensional imaging pulsed laser radar system using Geiger-mode avalanche photo-diode focal plane array and Auto-focusing method for the same
본 발명은 3차원 영상화 펄스 레이저 레이더 시스템의 자동 촛점(Autofocus, 이하 AF라 칭함) 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 3차원 영상화 펄스 레이저 레이더 시스템에서 GmAPD FPA(Geiger-mode Avalanche Photo-Diode Focal Plane Array)를 이용하여 자동으로 촛점을 제어하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 결상 광학계의 유효 촛점 거리 (effective focal length)를 변조하거나 GmAPD FPA의 위치를 이동시킴으로써 3차원 영상화 펄스 레이저 레이더 시스템에서 자동 촛점 기능을 구현하는 것이 가능하다.
