플라즈마 발생 장치PLASMA GENERATION APPARATUS
본 발명은 플라즈마 발생 장치를 제공한다. 이 장치는 진공 용기, 진공 용기의 내부에 일부 또는 전부가 노출되고 나란히 연장되는 복수의 전원 전극들, 및 기판을 지지하고, 전원 전극들이 배치되는 평면에서 수직으로 이격되어 배치된 기판 홀더를 포함한다. 전원 전극들은 라인 형상이고, 전원 전극들은 N 등분되고, N 등분된 부분의 중심부에 배치된 노드들에 RF 전력이 공급된다.
