| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 초소수성 (superhydrophobic) 표면을 갖는 미세입자를 제조하고 이를 평평하거나 유연한 기판에 코팅하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 (a) 콜로이드 입자에 의해 형성된 구조를 갖는 미세입자를 제조, 입자를 제거하고 반응성 식각 공정을 통해 초소수성 표면을 갖는 미세입자를 제조하는 단계, (b) 상기 초소수성 미세입자를 분산매 또는 광중합분산매 또는 휘발성분산매에 분산시키는 단계, (c) 상기 초소수성 미세입자가 분산된 용액을 기판에 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 초소수성 표면을 갖는 미세입자를 제조하고 이를 기판에 코팅하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 광경화성 또는 휘발성 분산매에 분산시킬 경우에는 자외선 조사 또는 도포된 용액을 증발시켜 필름을 형성하는 단계를 추가하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 초소수성 미세입자가 도포된 기판은 구형 미세입자를 어떠한 표면에도 구현할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명은 종래의 기판 제조방법 보다도 공정이 간단하여 경제적이다. | - |
