본 발명의 원자로의 고정식 노내계측기는 핵연료 집합체가 구비된 원자로에 있어서, 상기 핵연료 집합체의 내부에 위치하며, 설정된 측정지점의 중성자의 출력을 검출하도록 상기 측정지점에 대응하여 배치되는 주검출부 및 이동에 따라 상기 측정지점에 위치하도록 배치되는 보조검출부를 포함한다.
