접착성을 갖는 DNA 하이드로겔 제조 방법Method for manufacturing of DNA hydrogel with adhesive characteristics
본 발명은 파이로갈롤(pyrogallol) 작용기를 2개 이상 포함하는 화합물을 가교제로 사용한 접착성을 갖는 DNA 하이드로겔 제조 방법에 관한 것으로 고농도의 DNA 용액과 파이로갈롤(pyrogallol) 작용기를 2개 이상 포함하는 화합물을 혼합함으로써 단시간에 DNA 하이드로겔을 합성할 수 있고, 파이로갈롤(pyrogallol) 작용기를 2개 이상 포함하는 화합물의 농도에 따라 DNA 하이드로겔의 물성을 조절할 수 있으며, pH 7.4 용액에 노출되었을 때, 가교제인 파이로갈롤(pyrogallol) 작용기를 2개 이상 포함하는 화합물의 분해 정도에 따라 DNA를 방출하는 특성을 가지므로 유전자 치료를 위한 약물 및 국소 투여를 위한 접착성 운반체로 사용될 수 있다.
