단면 시편 제조 장치Specimen preparation apparatus
본 발명은 주사 전자현미경(SEM: Scanning Electron Microscope) 분석용 시편을 제조할 수 있는 단면 시편 제조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 대상물의 제 1 면에 제 1 빔을 조사하여 상기 제 1 면을 밀링하는 적어도 하나의 제 1 밀링기; 및 상기 대상물의 상기 제 1 면의 반대면인 제 2 면에 제 2 빔을 조사하여 상기 제 2 면을 밀링하는 적어도 하나의 제 2 밀링기;를 포함할 수 있다.
