본 발명은 도막에 대해 높은 투과도를 갖는 테라헤르츠파를 이용하여 도막의 두께를 측정하는 장치로서, 충분한 스캐닝 범위를 획득하기 위해 요구되는 구동기의 구동범위를 획기적으로 줄임으로써 소형화 및 고속 테라헤르츠파 스캐닝이 가능한 펨토초 레이저 발생장치 및 그와 연동하는 도막두께 측정장치에 관한 것이다.
