본 발명은 나노 플라즈모닉 마이크로팁 어레이, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 나노리소그래피 방법에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 대면적으로 엘라스토머 또는 폴리머 마이크로팁 어레이를 제작하고 상기 어레이 표면에 금속 나노 구조를 형성함으로써 회절한계 이하의 나노 구조를 제작할 수 있는 나노리소그래피용 마이크로팁 어레이, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 리소그래피 방법에 대한 것이다. 나노리소그래피용 마이크로 팁 어레이에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 팁 어레이는 표면에 금속 나노 구조들이 형성되어 있는 나노리소그래피용 마이크로 팁 어레이를 제공한다.
