본 발명은 대전방지, 정전기방전(ESD) 및 전자파차폐(EMI) 재료 등에 이용될 수 있는 전기전도성이 우수한 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 표면에 알킬기가 도입된 탄소 나노 튜브 및 폴리올레핀 수지를 포함하며, 상기 탄소 나노 튜브가 폴리올레핀 수지에 균일하게 분산되어 있고, 전기전도성이 우수한, 탄소 나노 튜브-폴리올레핀 복합 조성물, 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
