반사 구조체, 이를 포함하는 표시장치 및 이들의 제조방법에 관해 개시되어 있다. 개시된 반사 구조체는 기판 상에 구비된 크기가 불균일한 복수의 나노입자 또는 그와 등가한 요철요소, 및 상기 복수의 나노입자 또는 그와 등가한 상기 요철요소를 덮는 반사막을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 반사막은 랜덤한 높이(random height)를 가질 수 있다.
