가역적 반응이 가능한 활성산소종 탐지용 신규 보디피 화합물, 이의 용도 및 이의 제조방법Novel BODIPY Compound Capable of Detecting ROS, Uses of the Same Compound, and Method for Preparing the Same Compound
본 발명은 신규한 보디피(BODIPY) 화합물 이 화합물의 제조 방법, 및 이 화합물의 활성산소종(ROS) 탐지 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화합물은 활성산소종과 반응하여 산화되어 형광을 방출하는 특성을 가지므로, 활성산소종 탐지 용도로 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 화합물은 세포내로 투과될 수 있으며, 생물학적 환원물질인 황을 포함하는 바이오티올(biothiol) 물질에 의해 환원되는 가역적 반응 특성을 가지므로 생체내에서 활성산소종의 동적인 변화를 관찰하는 용도로 유리하게 사용될 것으로 기대된다.
