| dc.description.abstract | 다중 범위 압력센서는 압력 인가부는 압력 검출부를 포함한다. 상기 압력 인가부는 피검체에 부착되어 지지되며, 제1 지지부, 상기 제1 지지부 내에 배치되며 제1 외부 압력에 의해 변형가능한 제1 변형부, 상기 제1 변형부 내에 배치되는 제2 지지부, 및 상기 제2 지지부 내에 배치되며 제2 외부 압력에 의해 변형가능한 제2 변형부를 구비한다. 상기 압력 검출부는 상기 압력 인가부에 가해지는 상기 제1 외부 압력 및 상기 제2 외부 압력을 검출하며, 상기 제1 지지부에 대한 상기 제1 변형부의 변형을 검출하는 제1 검출부 및 상기 제2 지지부에 대한 상기 제2 변형부의 변형을 검출하는 제2 검출부를 구비한다. | - |
