본 발명은 발진기 및 발진기의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 발진기는 제1 전극, 제1 전극 상에서 배치되고 관통홀을 포함하는 절연층, 절연층 상에 배치되고 관통홀의 상부면을 막는 도전성 물질로 형성된 안테나 패턴을 포함한다. 가스는 관통홀 내부를 채우고, 제1 전극과 안테나 패턴 사이에 인가된 DC 전압에 대하여, 가스의 하전 입자는 진동한다.
