| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 내부에 물 흐름을 포함하는 제 1 상 및 오일 흐름을 포함하는 제 2 상을 포함시키기 위한 외부관; 상기 외부관의 내부 중, 제 1 상 측에 위치하는 내부관; 상기 내부관과 마주보게 위치하며, 상기 외부관의 내부 중 제 2 상 측에 위치하는 오리피스;를 포함하는 미세 유체 시스템(Microfluidic system)을 준비하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 단계 1에서 준비된 미세 유체 시스템의 외부관에 광경화성 고분자를 포함하는 물 흐름을 형성하고, 상기 물 흐름과 반대방향으로 흐르는 오일 흐름을 형성하여 제 1 상 및 제 2 상을 형성하는 단계(단계 2); 상기 단계 2에서 형성된 제 1 상 측에 위치한 내부관에 제 1 상과 동일방향으로 흐르며 액정 물질을 포함하는 액정 흐름을 형성하여 제 2 상 측에 위치한 오리피스 내에서 이중 액적을 제조하는 단계(단계 3); 및 상기 단계 3에서 제조된 이중 액적에 자외선을 조사하여 경화시키는 단계(단계 4);를 포함하는 액정 캡슐의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 액정 캡슐의 제조방법은 미세 유체 시스템을 사용하여 액정 물질을 포함하는 액적과 고분자 캡슐막으로 이루어진 액정 캡슐을 단일 공정으로 제조할 수 있으며, 빠른 유속으로 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 제조방법으로 제조된 액정 캡슐은 균일한 크기를 가지며, 평면 구조뿐만 아니라 다양한 기하학적인 구조를 가지는 광학 소자에 이용 가능하다. | - |
