본 발명은 상기 제1금속층의 일함수보다 작은 일함수를 갖는 제2금속층; 및 상기 제1금속층의 일함수 및 제2금속층의 일함수보다 작은 전자친화도를 갖는 무기층;을 포함하며, 상기 무기층을 사이에 두고, 상기 제1금속층과 상기 제2금속층이 적층되어, 상기 제1금속층의 핫 전자가 상기 무기층을 터널링하여 상기 제2금속층으로 이동하는 에너지 소자에 관한 것이다.
