시간 영역 다단 인터폴레이션 기법을 이용한 저전력 아날로그 디지털 변환기를 개시한다.본 실시예는 플래시 타입의 아날로그 디지털 컨버터의 빠른 샘플링 속도를 유지하면서, 별도의 보정회로의 구현 없이 인터폴레이션 인자를 확장하여 인터폴레이션 기법을 향상 시키는 시간영역 다단 인터폴레이션기법을 이용한 저전력 고속데이터 변환기를 제공한다.
