3차원 그래핀-금속촉매 복합체 제조방법으로, 그래핀 산화물 및 금속 촉매 전구체 용액 또는 금속 촉매 용액을 함유하는 친수성 용액에, 상기 친수성 용액과 상분리될 수 있는 소수성 용액을 주입하여, 액적을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 제조된 액적을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀-금속촉매 복합체 제조방법이 제공된다.
