곤충 눈을 모사한 광 센서 및 광 센서의 제조 방법Biomimetic compound eye optical sensor and manufacturing method of the same
곤충의 겹눈을 모사한 평면 구조 또는 부분 입체 구조를 갖는 광 센서가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 양상에 따른 광 센서는 서로 다른 길이의 다수의 오마티디아를 포함한다. 각각의 오마티디아는 기판 위 또는 기판 내부에 일정한 각도 범위로 원주 방향을 따라 원형 배열된다. 이때 상대적으로 길이가 짧은 오마티디아가 상대적으로 길이가 긴 오마티디아 사이에 배열될 수 있다. 기판과 오마티디아는 서로 다른 굴절률을 갖는다. 따라서 전반사를 통해 빛을 수송하는 것이 가능하다.
