신경세포 신호전달 방식을 모사한 고효율 ＡＤ 컨버터Energy-efficient AD digital converter based on signal transfer mechanism of neuron
본 발명은 시간 축에 정보를 담아 저전력으로 처리하는 ADC에 관한 것이다. 해상도에 따른 회로 복잡도의 증가가 없는 구성을 통해 저전력을 실현한 ADC를 제공하기 위하여, 상기 ADC는 시간 축에 정보를 담아 처리하도록 되어 있으며, 바이너리 검색(binary search) 알고리즘을 구현하기 위한 구성을 갖는다. 또한, 상술한 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명의 일 관점에 의한 아날로그-디지털 변환회로가 제공된다.
