본 발명은 표면증강 라만산란 나노구조가 구비된 크로마토그래피 기판 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 그 구조는, 크로마토그래피 기판; 및 상기 크로마토그래피 기판의 일면에 형성되는 표면증강 라만산란(Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering, SERS) 나노구조; 를 포함하며, 상기의 구조에 따르면, 크로마토그래피를 이용한 시료의 분리기능과 표면증강 라만산란을 이용한 시료의 고감도 검출 기능이 결합되어, 시료의 비표지 분리 및 고감도 검출이 동시에 가능한 효과가 있다.
