뇌전증 관련 뇌 체성 유전 변이 및 이의 이용Brain somatic mutations associated to epilepsy and uses thereof
본 발명은 대뇌피질 발달기형에 의한 난치성 뇌전증과 관련하여, 뇌전증을 유발하는 뇌 체성 유전 변이 및 이의 이용에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 염기서열의 변이가 일어난 mTOR(Mammalian target of rapamycin) 유전자 또는 염기서열의 변이로 인해 아미노산 서열의 변이가 일어난 mTOR 단백질에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 유전자 또는 단백질을 이용한 대뇌피질 발달기형에 의한 난치성 뇌전증의 진단 기술에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 유전자 또는 단백질을 이용한 대뇌피질 발달기형에 의한 난치성 뇌전증의 유도 기술에 관한 것이다.
