잉크젯 프린터를 이용한 유기 반도체의 형성 방법Formation Method of Organic Semiconductor using Ink-jet Printer
본 발명에서는, 2개 이상의 잉크젯 헤드를 가지는 잉크젯 장치에 의해서, 두 종류의 반응할 수 있는 잉크 원료 용액을 각각의 잉크젯 헤드를 통하여 기판 위에 일정량 방출함으로써, 유기 고분자 반도체를 제조할 수 있다.
