본 발명은 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드-폴리에틸렌옥사이드 다중합체, 상기 다중합체의 이성복합체를 이용하여 약물을 봉입한 거대분자 약물 전달용 하이드로젤, 그의 제조방법 및 상기 하이드로젤을 거대분자 약물의 서방형 전달체로 사용하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 하이드로젤은 장기간 지속적 전달이 필요한 약물의 서방형 방출 시스템에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
