생분해성 고분자 나노실린더 및 그의 제조방법Biodegradable polymer nanocylinders and fabrication method thereof
본 발명은 전기방사된 생분해성 나노섬유 부직포로부터 각각의 섬유를 단편화시켜 액상에 균일하게 분산시킬 수 있는 생분해성 고분자 나노실린더의 제조방법, 이에 의해 제조된 생분해성 고분자 나노실린더 및 상기 생분해성 고분자 나노실린더를 약물, 세포전달용 운반체 또는 복합재료 소재로 사용하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 생분해성 고분자 나노실린더는 약물이나 세포 전달용 운반체 또는 복합재료 소재로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
