데이터 수신기 및 데이터 수신 방법Data receiver and method thereof
데이터 수신기 및 데이터 수신 방법이 개시된다. 상기 데이터 수신기는 진폭 변조된 차동 입력 신호들에 기초하여 비교신호들을 발생하고, 상기 차동 입력 신호들과 상기 비교신호들에 기초하여 증폭된 신호들을 비교 및 논리 연산하여 데이터 비트들을 검출함으로써 증폭기와 비교기의 개수를 줄이고, 별도의 기준 전압 발생기를 구비하지 않아 칩 사이즈를 소형화시키고 저전력 구동이 가능한 효과가 있다.
