멀티-모듈러스 주파수 분주기multi-modulus frequency divider
멀티-모듈러스 주파수 분주기가 개시된다. 멀티-모듈러스 주파수 분주기는 입력 딜레이 셀, 링 전압제어발진기, 바이어스 회로 및 제어 신호 생성부를 포함한다. 링 전압 제어 발진기는 지연된 입력 주파수 신호를 제공받아 바이어스 회로에서 제공되는 바이어스 전압 및 제어 신호 생성부에서 제공되는 스위치 제어 신호와 전류 제어 신호에 기초하여 주파수 분주비가 결정된 출력 주파수 제어 신호를 제공한다. 분주비는 스위치 제어 신호와 전류 제어 신호에 의하여 다양하게 디자인 될 수 있다.
