| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 인도시아닌 그린(Indocyanine green) 혈중 농도 역학을 이용한 조직 관류 분석장치 및 측정방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 생체내로 인도시아닌 그린을 주사하고 ICG 농도의 시간적 공간적 변화를 탐지한 후 이를 수치화하고 분석하는 조직 관류 분석장치 및 측정방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 분석장치 및 측정방법은 기존에는 측정할 수 없던 정상의 10% 이하로 조직 관류가 저하된 경우부터 정상 조직 이상의 증가된 관류 정도까지 넓은 범위의 조직 관류를 측정하는데 이용될 수 있다. | - |
