| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 LNG1 또는 이와 기능적 동등물의 세포내 수준(level)을 조절하여 식물의 형태를 변화시키는 방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드 또는 상기 폴리펩티드와 적어도 60%이상의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 갖는 폴리펩티드의 세포내 수준을 조절하여 식물의 형태를 변화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 식물의 형태, 특히, 잎, 꽃, 배축, 장각과, 씨 조직의 형태를 변화시키는 효과를 갖는다. 따라서 본 발명의 방법은 식물의 형태를 변화시킨 이형식물의 제조에 사용할 수 있다. | - |
