본 발명은 비 휘발성 메모리 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명에 따른 비 휘발성 메모리는 기판 및 상기 기판 상에 형성되고, 일함수가 다른 둘 이상의 부유 게이트를 포함하는 게이트 구조체를 포함한다.이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 더욱 넓은 메모리 마진을 확보하고, 저장시간과 소거동작에서의 특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 등의 효과가 있다.
