본 발명은 전계 방출 표시 소자용 탄소나노 튜브 페이스트 조성물에 있어서, 충진제로 자발분극이 가능한 유전물질을 포함하는 전계 방출 표시 소자용 탄소 나노 튜브 페이스트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면 전자 방출 소자를 구현함에 있어 저전압 고전류 구동을 가능하게 하는 전계 방출 표시 소자를 제조할 수 있다.
