모바일 어플리케이션 프로세서를 위한 coarse-fine의 두 개의 루프를 이용한 디지털 전압강하 레귤레이터Fully integrated digital low drop-out regulator with coarse-fine dual loop for mobile application processor
이 논문은 모바일 어플리케이션 프로세서를 구동하는 Coarse-Fine의 두 개의 루프를 이용한 디지털 전압강하 레귤레이터에 관한 내용이다. 제안하는 전압강하 레귤레이터는 전류 공급 능력이 크고, 순간 전류 변화가 크게 발생하는 경우에도 출력전압의 순간 하강 폭이 매우 작게 발생하는 장점이 있다. 또한, 다른 디지털 전압강하 레귤레이터보다 면적이 작아 어플리케이션 프로세서 내부에 집적화 하기에 용이하며, 칩과 칩 사이가 선으로 연결되었을 때 발생하는 기생 유도기와 기생콘덴서에 의한 영향을 최소화 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
