대통령직 인수위원회의 국정 어젠다 세팅 과정에 관한 미래전략 연구The future of strategic studies : a study on the national agenda setting process by presidential transition committee - Rubik’s cube scenario method -
본 논문은 대통령직 인수위원회의 국정 어젠다 세팅 과정에서의 대안적 미래전략을 제안한다. 차기 행정부로 인수되는 과정에 있어서 국정 어젠다 세팅의 필요성은 중요한 당면 과제가 된다. 본 논문은 국정 어젠다 세팅 과정에 있어서의 미래전략적 대안과 가능성을 논증한다. 본 논문은 최종적으로 정권인수의 전후 과정에 따른 시계별 미래전략과 미래 이미지, 루빅스 큐브 시나리오 방법, 시나리오를 제안한다. 현재의 국정 어젠다 세팅 과정은 재고될 필요성이 있다.
