We describe an optical wavelength deinterleaver with channel spacing of 850GHz. The tuning element is a MEMS blazed grating with an adjustable period. Continuous tuning of the center wavelength across the full Free Spectral Range of 13.65nm and cyclic switching of the output channels are demonstrated.
